Discuss available sample formats, any fees and delivery arrangements. Review the matching technical and installation information with your team. For an unusual color effect or custom requirement, agree what reference will be used before confirming a production request.

From a first roll to a repeat order
You do not need a finished technical brief to start. Send the film type or SKU, an approximate roll quantity and your delivery country; our factory team can help clarify the remaining order details.
What is enough information for a first order?
Standard film rolls start from one roll. Send the color or model, quantity and destination; add a preferred roll size if you have one. If you want to check color or application first, ask about samples. Before payment, confirm the product, packing, shipping scope and expected dispatch with our team. Custom specifications and packaging have separately confirmed minimums.
What should I send when reordering an approved film?
Send the previous order or sample reference, SKU, film type and roll dimensions, followed by the new quantities and destination. Confirm the current specification and availability with our factory team. If shade consistency across a project matters, say so before the order is confirmed so the sample and batch details can be discussed.
How do I plan film rolls for a newer vehicle model?
For a job such as a Zeekr 7X or XPeng G6, tell us the model year, film type and panels to be wrapped. Have your installer estimate material from panel measurements, roll width, edge allowance and the planned layout. A vehicle name alone does not establish a roll count or confirm precut-pattern availability; confirm those separately for the job.
Can I use my own freight forwarder?
Yes—mention it in the inquiry. Confirm the collection location, packing information, handover arrangements and who handles each shipping stage before payment. If you need us to arrange shipping, send the destination and any required arrival date so courier, air or sea options can be discussed.
