How to Order Wholesale from a Factory: MOQ, Samples & Payment
The standard foreign-trade flow explained — from inquiry to your warehouse.
1. Send your inquiry
Tell us the series, color codes, quantities and your destination country. Include your business type (dealer, installer, distributor) so we can quote the right tier.
2. Samples first
Order a sample kit or color book to verify color and quality physically before a large order. This is standard practice for professional buyers.
3. Quote & confirmation
You receive a factory-direct quote with tier pricing. Once confirmed, we issue a Proforma Invoice with payment terms (usually T/T or L/C).
4. Production
Stock colors ship in 7–15 days. Custom colors or OEM development take longer — we confirm a schedule upfront.
5. QC & shipping
Every batch is QC-checked before dispatch. We ship by sea, air or express based on your urgency and budget.
6. After-sales
We support reorders, color matching and any quality claims per our warranty terms.
