What Is TPH Color Change Film?
TPH is a TPU/PVC blend — a mid-market option balancing price, conformability and durability.
TPH (Thermoplastic Polyurethane + Polyvinyl Chloride blend) is an economic alternative between TPU and PVC. It mixes a portion of TPU into PVC to improve elasticity and reduce brittleness.

- Better conformability than PVC — softer and more stretchable
- Limited or no self-healing — depends on the top coat used
- Lifespan around 3–5 years — shorter than pure TPU

Who buys TPH

Trade-offs to know
Because TPH contains PVC, it is less resistant to yellowing and may leave more residue on removal. If your customers prioritize long-term protection, recommend TPU; if price is the deciding factor, TPH is a strong option.
